Winter Faire committee is requesting to borrow your Pop Up Tents (we need at least 4), a PA system, folding tables, chairs. Please mark your name on all items so we know to whom to return.
Raffle tickets are coming home in the next few days. Each family is asked to sell (10) $5 tickets. More is encouraged! Any tickets that are not sold, please return to the office! They will be for sale on the day of the event.
Don’t leave people stuck in a booth all day!
Shifts are filling in but there are still a lot of holes! Multiple shifts and additional family members are encouraged! Many parents end up working the entire day if others don’t join in to help, or, we have to close down certain parts of the faire early, so please, make this a shared experience for all by doing a little more, so others don’t have to do it all. We are all doing the faire for the children and the school, and every parent should get a chance to spend some time with their children that day.
Calling all bakers and budding chefs!
Please bake cakes for the cake walk. Please mark them gluten free/vegan etc. You can sign up by emailing email@example.com
Bake treats for sale in the Enchanted Tea Garden. All baked good donations (cookies, brownies, decorated cakes) should be dropped off in the Moonflower room from Friday, November 30th 1pm on.
