Enrollment for the 2013/2014 academic years:

OPEN ENROLLMENT Q&A 2013

New Student Enrollment:

Open Enrollment is the process by which we enroll new students to the charter grades (kinder through 12) of our school. Our Open Enrollment day will be Friday, February 8th from 9-11am. If you know a family who is interested in enrolling they need to attend the next Parent Information & Meeting Tour first to receive a registration package.  They will then bring the completed registration package, a certified birth certificate or passport, immunization information and proof of Arizona residency to open enrollment on February 8TH, 2013.

Sibling Enrollment in Kindergarten through Grade 12:

If you would like to enroll a sibling in our charter grades K-12, please come to the Administration Office to pick up a registration packet.  Packets will be available after February 1st.  Siblings do not have to participate in our Open Enrollment process.  Registration packets should be returned prior to February 18th, 2013 to ensure your child receives sibling priority on the enrollment and waiting lists.

Private Preschool Enrollment:

If you are interested in our 5-day private preschool program for next year, please pick up a registration form in the Administration Office beginning February 1st. You do not need to participate in our Open Enrollment day to register for preschool.

Continued Student Enrollment:

For students who are currently enrolled in Kindergarten through 11th grades, none of the above mentioned enrollment information pertains to you. You will be receiving your paperwork in March. For our current preschool students you will receive information specifying the registration form you need to complete and whether or not you need to attend open enrollment.

Please see the attached Open Enrollment Q & A form for answers to frequently asked questions or direct any specific questions you may have to Deana Douglas at ddouglas@arizonawaldorf.org.
