Handwork

Come Join in the fun

Meeting time for 2007/2008 school year.
Wednesdays from 9am to 11:45

Who we are - We are a group of people who love being creative, learning new skills and making things for our children and others to enjoy. We vary in skills and experience and welcome anyone who is interested regardless of talents.

What we do - Our primary goal is to have fun! Handwork group is a great way to meet new people and get involved in the school community. We also make hand-crafted, Waldorf-inspired toys and gifts to sell at the school’s festivals for fund raising. We will be working with natural materials, making items found in our classroom such as - gnomes, fairies, wands, window stars, candle making, crocheting, needle felting and much much more.

When do we meet- Generally, once a week in the mornings (children are welcome).

We are now a self-supported group which means we raise or donate all the money needed for our supplies.

How to get involved - Please contact, Handwork Coordinator for any questions you may have.

Help us make things for the school, winter fair, the School Store and things for you home and kids.
